B.Sc. Physiotherapy (BPT)
BSc Physiotherapy is a graduate-level course. Physiotherapists are qualified to provide preventive and therapeutic services which aim at restoring function and preventing disability arising from disease, trauma or injury.
The BSc Physiotherapy Syllabus includes the study of various subjects such as Sociology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology etc. BSc Physiotherapy graduates can work as physiotherapists in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, child development centres, senior citizens centres, sports and fitness centres, schools/ universities, industries and communities.
Eligibility
- To be considered eligible to seek admission to this course, candidates must have secured an aggregate of at least 50% marks in Class 12 in Science Stream. Admission to this course will be done either on the basis of the candidate's performance in the entrance test or on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination.
